This is basically Chris Sawyers PC game Locomotion. Its a lot of fun and the developer did an excellent job converting the interface from PC- to touch-screen centric.

Sadly, though Chris Sawyers original Rollercoaster game wont make it to mobile - another company (not 31x) delivered an IAP version that doesnt look and play anything like the original. Definitely not fun. Youre much better off with this version of Transport Tycoon
