Ideas for improvement

Certain buildings can not be destroyed witch can be really frustrating when Trying to build a railroad or just a regular road. Maybe instead of can melt be destroyed make it cost more to destroy or maybe consider make us move the building.
A second idea I had is a way to turn off auto growth of citys and allow us to build are own citys and towns
But all in all good game.
